Costumes and clothing then and now is the title of the exhibition at Downtown Gallery in Debrecen which is available since January 21.
The exhibition show costumes from the 18th century to the present day which will be able to show how and what the former local citizens, peasants, merchants, vendors, professors and students of the Reformed College wear. These costumes will be on show in original and together with watercolor and oil paintings. It is interesting that among the exhibited pieces are costumes of the famous Kolcsey family.
The exhibition is open in Kossuth street 1 until March 18.
